The breakfast room was such a letdown-dull decor and boring food. Staff seemed uninterested in helping us, too. It really put a damper on our mornings, making the whole stay feel less enjoyable than it should have been.

Greatly enjoyed savoury breakfasts!!
Had peaceful stay during EID holidays with very supportive staff and strategic location to the Musandam peninsula which is a stunning place to visit-driving a round trip through Dibba is very rewarding.

Very comfy bed in double room with a safe, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making equipment. Savoury and particularly good selection on breakfast items...

We recently stayed at a hotel in ras al khaimah, and while it had its quirks, we found some positives. the location was peaceful, and our room offered a lovely view of the pool and distant mountains. we appreciated the friendly staff and the generous buffet breakfast options. the fitness center and large pools were great for unwinding. plus, we had convenient parking right in front of the hotel.
Was all great! 😒✨ the overall experience could be improved.

Friendly and helpful staff. Checked out after 1 night as location was not as expected
Hotel was very dated. Brown water from hot tap. Food, drink and snacks expensive.

The hotel is old ,staying there is like steping into the 50s and not in a fun way, every thing is old,the tv doesn't work, the Ac is old and noisey, the toilet flush doesn't work all the time, and even the door lock was broken and the hotel smells bad cuz it allowes smoking,i really don't know how it was rated as a 4 star hotel even the room and the bed was small, iwouldn't go back ,and for the first time am writing a comment so no one else will be misleaded by the photos.we paid 350 dhs per night and it definitely doesn't worth 50dhs,imay say breakfast was the only good thing.thankgod.

Rak Hotel has a great mix of restaurants, cafes and pubs that make it one of the most popular and fun spots in Ras Al Khaimah. It's also popular with families seeking a weekend away from the big cities. The hotel is on top of a hill that overlooks most of Ras Al Khaimah city.
Some elements of the hotel are quite old - especially the carpeting and furnishings in the hallways and common areas. These could use some updating. However these are minor issues.

The advert is misleading. it is rated as a 4 star hotel on your website.1. It is a smoking everywhere hotel so people were smoking in the lobby and other public areas. As a result the hotel which is carpeted was smelling of stale smoke. Non smokers and their children were exposed to the dangers of second hand smoking. 2. The triple room had 3 very small single beds and i could not fit with my daughter on a bed. 3. On the 2 nights that we were there we received unnecessary disturbing phone calls - on the first night after midnight for a wrong number and on the second night at 4h00am asking me to come down to room125. 4. There was nothing in the bar fridge and there was no coffee/tea in the room. 5. i made 3 phone calls to reception to get assistance with the TV and eventually went down to reception (4th contact) to demand assistance and it took about 5 hours to get this sorted. 6. the decor in the hotel is old. This is not a four star facility and hence I chose the wrong place based on wrong information.

A Nice Stay with Amazing Dining Options!
The executive suite was spacious, and we enjoyed the amazing views. The on-site restaurant offered a fantastic variety of dishes, with fresh flavors that impressed us every meal. Be sure to try the local specialties!

Fun little hotel with interesting bars. Hotel could use a major clean up but not a bad place overall.
Rooms were very dated and somewhat smelly.

best price ever, location, good food, good service.
We had 4 rooms, 2 were checking out in the morning. one of the guys who was checking out in the afternon was going to pay for the whole 4 rooms, the reception staff was not letting the morning guys to leave without paying for their rooms although they called the guy who was going to pay for the whole rooms and he confirmed that he's paying all. the morning guys had to fight to get their ID's back so they can leave!

The price for my room was fantastic, especially considering its proximity to my workplace. Upon arrival, the friendly staff made check-in smooth and welcoming.
None 😔.

We booked out early in the morning; in a rush to make our tee time at the golf course. The hotel phoned our taxi driver to say we had left some things in the hotel room. One of my friends had left his expensive phone. We were all pleased to see how honest the hotel staff were. Mant thanks.

Wow, what a weekend! The hotel's location is just perfect for exploring the area. I loved the fine views and the generous buffet during iftar-everything tasted amazing! The staff were so cute and attentive, making us feel right at home. Plus, the pool area was fantastic for relaxation after a day of exploring.
I did notice some issues. The reception wasn't very warm upon arrival, and we had some hiccups during check-in. The room felt a bit dated, and a couple of amenities were lacking.
